The narrative features a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with venturing into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to save her friend from a hidden cult.
The adventure centers on "strange tests and a terrifying foe" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The trailer showcases the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was earlier where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages.
