Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair met personally to publicize next month's bout.
Former two-time unified boxing king Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will genuinely try to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.

Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.

Nevertheless, the novice continues to be one of the sport's largest money-making draws, regularly earning substantial paydays.

The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
