Tehran is willing to reinitiate nuclear negotiations with the United States provided that it is handled with "respect" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has announced.

Abbas Araghchi said solely negotiations worked, and shared new appeals had been made by go-betweens to restart negotiations with the American leadership. The earlier sessions of talks between the United States and Iran were ended suddenly and hostile end on 12 June when the Israeli government, with American backing, targeted Iranian nuclear sites in a 12-day war that culminated with the American leader claiming the sites had been obliterated. Subsequently, EU nations exercised their privilege to reimpose global restrictions, but Iran insists they have not had a significant effect.

Ideal Resolution Proposed

Iranian officials stated they felt they had attained a "magic solution" to the nuclear fuel concern in prior discussions, when it was decided an Iran-based consortium with Washington's engagement could enrich uranium. Each party would have been able to assert triumph since local refinement would have continued and the US could be assured that Iran's enrichment initiative was solely for peaceful purposes.

It had not been settled in the discussions that Washington's technical specialists could function inside Iran, but that was a reasonable assumption of the consortium proposal. Diplomats stated repeatedly they had reached agreement with Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff only for the agreement to fall apart due to "spoilers in Washington".

Existing Situation

Tehran representatives stated the cooperative arrangement was now off the table, but it seems highly likely the offer could be reintroduced in various formats if talks restart.

The US president in recent days stated he had been getting signals that Iran sought to restart talks, but privately Tehran representatives say they are not yet obtaining clear proposals from Washington either directly or from important Middle Eastern intermediaries, such as Qatar, the Egyptian leadership, the Omani authorities and the Saudi kingdom. The Tehran's diplomatic corps has been charged of non-responsiveness in the aftermath of the US president's straightforward manner, but Tehran says diplomacy is not part of a spectacle.

Diplomatic Stance

In his address to the conference, designed to paint the US as a dominant force that abuses the notion of international law, the foreign minister said the two-week conflict demonstrated the clash could not be ended by armed force. He stated the attacks started with a US demand for an unconditional Iranian surrender and culminated with an complete request for a truce.

Iran is convinced the first strikes by Israel were executed with complete American awareness and collaboration, making confidence challenging to restore.

Negotiations Stays the Ultimate Resolution

The foreign minister said: "Tehran was not the one that had deserted negotiations; it was America and the western countries that had always sought to impose their desires during the talks. Negotiations can still be viable and remains the final answer to resolve conflicts, but its criteria, guidelines and tenets must be respected."

In what is described by Tehran representatives as the struggle of restoration and reconstruction, the foreign minister said he was confident Iran's security strengths "have significantly improved than prior to 13 or 14 June of this year. Our entire military infrastructure have been rebuilt. We learned multiple understandings from this engagement; we have come to know our own weaknesses and the weaknesses of the adversary."

He added: "We successfully passed this war. Our atomic expertise, which they planned to obliterate, stays intact. The installations and machinery, if destroyed, will be restored; what is crucial is the resolve of the nation of Iran and then the national cohesion that they sought to undermine, but failed to destroy. The Iranian people have developed more powerful, more united, and more endorsing of the administration and the state in the face of this invasion."
